PRONTO CATERING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
“Pronto Catering”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Pronto Catering Perth.
“Client”, “you”, “your” refers to the individual or organisation placing an order.
“Order” refers to any confirmed catering request made via website, email, or phone.
2. Ordering
• Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
• Orders placed within 24–48 hours are subject to availability.
• Same-day orders may be accepted at our discretion and may incur surcharges.
• Minimum order values may apply depending on location and menu selection.
3. Pricing
• All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
• Standard payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.
• Approved corporate accounts may receive extended terms.
• We accept EFT, credit card, and approved account billing.
• Late payments may result in fees or suspension of service.
5. Delivery
• Delivery is available across the Perth metropolitan area.
• Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and time of day.
• We aim to deliver within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
• Once delivered, responsibility for food safety transfers to the client.
6. Dietary Requirements
• We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal-friendly, and allergy-aware options.
• All dietary requirements must be provided at the time of ordering.
• While care is taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
7. Cancellations & Amendments
• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: Up to 50% of the order value may be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the order value will be charged.
• Amendments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
8. Food Safety
• All food is prepared in accordance with WA food safety regulations.
• Food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or refrigerated immediately.
• We are not liable for food safety issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
9. Equipment
• Disposable packaging is included as standard.
• Reusable platters or equipment must be returned within 48 hours.
• Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including:
• extreme weather
• supply shortages
• transport disruptions
• power outages
• government restrictions
11. Liability
• Our liability is limited to the value of the catering order.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
• Clients must ensure safe access for delivery staff.
12. Privacy
• Client information is used solely for service delivery and account management.
• We do not sell or share personal information except where required by law.
13. Acceptance
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
